The Board recommends that shareholders vote FOR the approval of the Third Amended and Restated 2003 Stock Plan including the material terms of the plan.
Ratification of the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for 2024.
The Board recommends that shareholders vote FOR the ratification of the selection and appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP.
Approval, on an advisory basis, of the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
The Board recommends that shareholders vote FOR the approval of the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers.
