On April 21, 2026, we announced that we have entered into a definitive business combination agreement with Forge Nano, Inc., a leading U.S.-based semiconductor equipment and advanced materials company pioneering Atomic Layer Deposition technology for artificial intelligence era chip manufacturing and defense battery applications.
On May 5, 2026, we filed the S-4 Registration Statement regarding the business combination. On June 22, we filed the S-4A.
