During the year ended December 31, 2018, SunTrust paid a quarterly dividend on common stock of $0.40 per common share for the first and second quarters and $0.50 per common share for the third and fourth quarters, compared to a quarterly dividend on common stock of $0.26 per common share for the first and second quarters of 2017 and $0.40 per common share for the third and fourth quarters of 2017. SunTrust common stock was held by 20,687 holders of record at December 31, 2018.
