The election of three persons to serve as directors of Investors Bancorp, Inc., each for a three-year term, and until their successors are elected and qualified. 2. An advisory (non-binding) vote to approve the compensation paid to our Named Executive Officers. 3. The ratification of the appointment of KPMG LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm for Investors Bancorp, Inc. for the year ending December 31, 2018. 4. The Board of Directors of Investors Bancorp, Inc. has fixed March 26, 2018 as the record date for determining the stockholders entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment or postponement of the Annual Meeting.
