SECURITY OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN BENEFICIAL OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT The following table sets forth certain information regarding the ownership of the Company’s common stock as of March 19, 2018 by: (i) each person, entity or group known to the Company to be the beneficial owner of more than 5% of the Company’s common stock; (ii) each director and nominee for director; (iii) each of the executive officers named in the Summary Compensation Table, who we refer to as the named executive officers; and (iv) all current executive officers and directors of the Company as a group. Applicable percentages are based on 123,011,353 shares outstanding on March 19, 2018, adjusted as required by rules promulgated by the SEC. In addition, the rules include shares of common stock issuable pursuant to the exercise of stock options or warrants that are either immediately exercisable or exercisable on or before May 18, 2018, which is 60 days after March 19, 2018.
