19 We completed our acquisition of (1) ShiftWise on November 20, 2013, (2) Avantas on December 22, 2014, (3) Onward Healthcare, including its two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Locum Leaders and Medefis (collectively “OH”), on January 7, 2015, (4) TFS on September 15, 2015, (5) Millican on October 5, 2015, (6) BES on January 4, 2016, (7) HSG on January 11, 2016 and (8) Peak on June 3, 2016. Our acquisitions affect the comparability of the selected financial data of the applicable pre- acquisition and post-acquisition time periods. We have not paid any cash dividends during the past five fiscal years.
