OTHER INFORMATION On February 15, 2018, the Board of Directors adopted an amended Non-Employee Director Compensation Plan (the “Plan”), effective as of February 15, 2018, which supersedes the form of the Plan filed on the Company’s current report on Form 8-K dated September 30, 2016 and filed on October 3, 2016. On February 14, 2018, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors approved a form of Performance Share Unit Award Agreement to be used for grants of such awards to the Company’s executive officers and employees.
