We continue to add staff at all levels of the organization to provide the needed expertise to help us deliver flawless and seamless execution and deliver on our strategic initiatives. We remain disciplined in pursuing potential acquisitions and other deals that will continue to enhance our business model and leverage synergies with our existing business well into the future. It is important to note that we will always do what is in the best long-term interest of our company and its shareholders to build and invest for a more profitable future. I am confident and energized by all of the opportunities to achieve our strategic goals. I strongly believe we are well positioned to continue to bring value to our shareholders.
