COMMUNICATING WITH OUR DIRECTORS The Company has no formal process by which stockholders may communicate directly with directors. Any communication, however, addressed to the Board of Directors or to any individual director at the Company’s offices at 5501 South Broadband Lane, Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57108, in care of Investor Relations, the Chairman of the Board, or a corporate officer, is forwarded to the Board or to the individual director, as applicable. The Company believes that this informal process has served the Board’s and stockholders’ needs. There is currently no screening process, and all stockholder communications that are received by officers for the Board’s or an individual director’s attention are forwarded to the Board or such individual director, as applicable. In view of SEC disclosure requirements relating to this issue, the Board may consider the development of more specific procedures. Until any other procedures are developed, any communications to the Board should be sent to it in care of Investor Relations.
