Revocability of Proxies and Changes to Meta Stockholder’s Vote If you have submitted a proxy and would like to revoke it, you may revoke your proxy or change your vote at any time before your shares are voted at the Meta special meeting by timely: • resubmitting your vote on a later date via the Internet or by telephone and following appropriate instructions; • executing and mailing a proxy card that is dated and received on a later date (which must be received before the start of the Meta special meeting); • notifying the Corporate Secretary of Meta in writing, at MetaBank Corporate Services, 5501 South Broadband Lane, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, 57108, before the Meta special meeting that you have revoked your proxy (the notification must be received by the close of business on May 28, 2018); or • voting in person at the Meta special meeting (but attendance at the Meta special meeting will not by itself revoke a proxy). If your shares are held in street name, you should contact your broker to change your vote. Attending the Meta Special Meeting All Meta stockholders of record at the Meta record date are invited to attend the Meta special meeting. All stockholders must bring an acceptable form of identification, such as a valid driver’s license, in order to attend the Meta special meeting in person. If you hold shares in street name and would like to attend the Meta special meeting, you will also need to bring an authorization letter from the broker, bank or nominee indicating that you were the beneficial owner of Meta common stock on the Meta record date. 34
