Annual Meeting Details

To protect the health and safety of the shareholders, employees, and the broader community, during the COVID-19 crisis, your Board has decided that the Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting of shareholders, conducted via live webcast, and will take place at: Online access will begin at 7:30 a.m. EDT on May 18, 2021. There will be no physical location for in-person attendance at the Annual Meeting.

If you plan to attend the Annual Meeting, you must register in advance. See the “Attending the Virtual Annual Meeting” section of the “Questions and Answers about the Annual Meeting” in the proxy statement for instructions on how to register. Shareholders may only participate online and must pre-register to vote and ask questions at the virtual Annual Meeting.
