The 2020 Equity Incentive Plan authorizes us to grant options, stock appreciation rights, dividend equivalent rights, or other sharebased awards, including restricted shares up to an aggregate of 31,250,000 shares, subject to adjustments for any awards that were outstanding under our 2010 Equity Incentive Plan (the “Prior Incentive Plan,” together with the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan, the “Incentive Plans”) on the effective date of the 2020 Equity Incentive Plan and subsequently expire, terminate, or are surrendered or forfeited.
