Dennis joined Civista Bank in 2009. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for Civista Bancshares, Inc. and Civista Bank. He has held several roles including Chief Lending Officer of the Bank prior to his appointment as President of the Bank and Holding Company in April 2014, and CEO of the Bank and Holding Company in December 2017. Dennis has 40 years of banking experience, beginning his career with The Ohio Bank in 1985. He was also Senior Vice President and District President for the former Sky Bank’s Columbus, Ohio region before becoming Senior Vice President in Charge of Investment Real Estate at Huntington Bank. Dennis is a graduate of The Ohio State University, the Graduate School of Banking in Madison, Wisconsin and the Ohio School of Banking.
